About our church
THE PASTOR
Frank Garcia is the planting pastor of Grace Gatineau. He is an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA.) He and his wife, Alaina diStaulo, have lived in Gatineau the past couple of years. Frank is from Mississippi, USA, and met Alaina while studying at Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS. Alaina is from Montréal, QC. Both are committed to loving the residents of la belle province.
BA in History and Classical Studies from the Univ. Alabama in Huntsville (2012). MDiv from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi (2019).
THE TEACHING
Grace Gatineau is rooted in the theological traditions of the Reformation as summarized in the Westminster Confession of Faith. We strive to be true to the scriptures and rich in the doctrines of grace.
THE LARGER CHURCH COMMUNITY
This church plant is overseen by its mother church, Resurrection Church in Ottawa, and Frank is a member of the Eastern Canada Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).
Grace Gatineau is happy to work alongside other gospel-centered churches in the city.
